Ryan J. Pedroza, ERPA, QPA, APA

Ryan J. Pedroza is President and Partner at The Ryding Company, a third party administration firm that helps over 1,100 business owners manage the complex compliance requirements of their employer retirement plans.

His core strength is his sincere belief that a successful retirement plan enhances the accessibility of the American Dream for all working Americans. Open communication with business owners and an honest evaluation of their current and projected needs is the key to a designing a successful retirement plan that maximizes the business owners tax and retirement savings opportunities while offering an easy to understand plan that benefits the needs of the company and its employees. Experience has taught him that a well-balanced and carefully designed retirement plan will attract and retain high quality employees while offering them a vehicle in which to travel the road to retirement.

Joining The Ryding Company on October 5, 1998, Ryan was first employed as an Assistant and has since worked in every available position as he pursued his goal of business ownership.

He serves as a member of the Los Angeles National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA) Chapter Board of Directors and is an IRS-credentialed Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA). He’s also earned the Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) and Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designations through NIPA and American Society of Pension Professionals & America (ASPPA) respectively.

Born in La Habra, California, Ryan lives in Utah with his family and a menagerie of pets including a young tarantula named Speedy. In his free time, Ryan enjoys travel, playing sports and spending time with his family. Although Ryan frequently travels to the Westlake Village, CA home office, he spends the majority of his time developing the business in his home state of Utah.
